Return Policy - for all Returns

1. Please contact us by phone at 508-259-4494, or email us at returns@pelletpail.com and we will call you back to get your name, address, phone and specific details of the reason for return.

2a. For a warranty defect issue (in material or workmanship) within 1 year of the purchase date, we will send you a completed USPS Return Label (which provides you with free return shipping). When you receive the label, box up The Pellet Pail & Scoop with a copy of your sales receipt and affix the label to the outside of the box. Bring The Pellet Pail to the USPS Post Office to ship.

2b. For a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return within 30 days of the purchase date, not relating to any defects covered by warranty, please ship The Pellet Pail (and Scoop) back to us. Ship to: The Pellet Pail Returns, 69 Upton St., Northbridge, Ma. 01534 .

3. Within 6-8 weeks of claim receipt, we will issue a refund, either by check or Credit Card credit depending on how you purchased The Pellet Pail.
 
 
Shipping Policy - USPS
 
USPS Shipping The Pellet Pail will be shipped via USPS Priority or Parcel Post delivery to expedite delivery speed and to minimize cost within the Continental USA. Shipping charges are a flat $10 rate. Shipping charges will be displayed within the shopping cart.
